Royal Gin Fizz
A sophisticated and richer variation of the classic Gin Fizz, the Royal Gin Fizz incorporates a whole egg to create a velvety, creamy texture that perfectly balances the botanical notes of the gin and the tartness of the lemon.
Ingredients
- 2 OZ Gin
- 0.5 OZ Lemon Juice
- 1 TSP Powdered Sugar
- 1 WHOLE Whole Egg
- 4 OZ Carbonated Water
How to Make It
- Combine the gin, lemon juice, powdered sugar, and whole egg in a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously to emulsify the egg and chill the mixture.
- Strain the cocktail into a highball glass over two ice cubes.
- Top with carbonated water to fill the glass.
- Stir gently to combine and serve immediately.
