Russian Spring Punch
A sophisticated and refreshing cocktail created by Dick Bradsell in 1980s London. This drink combines vodka and fresh lemon juice with the berry richness of Crème de Cassis, finished with a celebratory topping of sparkling wine.
Ingredients
- 2.5 CL Vodka
- 1.5 CL Crème de Cassis
- 1 CL Sugar Syrup
- 2.5 CL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 SPLASH Sparkling Wine
How to Make It
- Pour the vodka, crème de cassis, sugar syrup, and lemon juice into a highball glass.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Top with sparkling wine.
- Stir gently to combine ingredients.
- Ideally garnish with a slice of lemon or a blackberry.
