Ingredients
- 0.5 ML Plain Yoghurt
- 1.25 ML Cold Water
- 0.5 TSP Ground Roasted Cumin Seed
- 0.25 TSP Salt
- 0.25 TSP Dried Mint
How to Make It
- Place the plain yoghurt, cold water, roasted cumin seeds, salt, and dried mint into a blender.
- Blend on high speed for approximately 3 seconds until the mixture is frothy and ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture directly into a chilled glass.
- Serve immediately while cold.
