Salted Toffee Martini
An indulgent dessert cocktail that perfectly balances sweet and savory notes. Toffee-infused gin provides a buttery base, complemented by rich chocolate liqueur and nutty amaretto. The experience is elevated by a decadent chocolate syrup and sea salt chocolate rim.
Ingredients
- 50 ML Toffee Gin
- 30 ML Chocolate Liqueur
- 15 ML Amaretto
- 1 TBSP Chocolate Syrup
- 1 TBSP Sea Salt Chocolate (Grated)
How to Make It
- Pour the chocolate syrup into a shallow saucer.
- Grate the sea salt chocolate into a separate small saucer.
- Dip the rim of a chilled martini glass into the chocolate syrup, then immediately dip it into the grated chocolate to create a coated rim.
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the toffee gin, chocolate liqueur, and Amaretto.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the shaker is frosty.
- Strain the mixture carefully into the prepared chocolate-rimmed glass.
- Sprinkle a small amount of extra grated chocolate over the top of the drink as a garnish.
