Salted Toffee Martini cocktail

How to Make It

  1. Pour the chocolate syrup into a shallow saucer.
  2. Grate the sea salt chocolate into a separate small saucer.
  3. Dip the rim of a chilled martini glass into the chocolate syrup, then immediately dip it into the grated chocolate to create a coated rim.
  4. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the toffee gin, chocolate liqueur, and Amaretto.
  5. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the shaker is frosty.
  6. Strain the mixture carefully into the prepared chocolate-rimmed glass.
  7. Sprinkle a small amount of extra grated chocolate over the top of the drink as a garnish.
