Sunny Holiday Punch

A vibrant and effervescent large-batch cocktail perfect for festive gatherings. This refreshing punch balances sweet tropical pineapple and zesty orange concentrate with the crisp dryness of Champagne and sparkling club soda, all garnished with fresh fruit.

Ingredients

• 46 OZ Chilled Pineapple Juice
• 28 OZ Club Soda
• 6 OZ Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
• 1 WHOLE Lemon
• 2 ML Mixed Berries
• 750 ML Champagne

How to Make It

1. Slice the lemon into thin wheels and set aside.
2. In a large punch bowl, combine the chilled pineapple juice and the frozen orange juice concentrate.
3. Stir the mixture vigorously until the orange juice concentrate is fully dissolved.
4. Pour in the club soda and gently stir to combine.
5. Add the lemon wheels and mixed berries to the bowl.
6. Just before serving, pour in the entire bottle of Champagne to ensure maximum carbonation.
