Swedish Coffee
A warming Scandinavian twist on the classic spiked coffee, featuring the distinctive caraway and dill notes of Aquavit blended with hot black coffee and sweetened to taste. This simple yet robust beverage serves as a perfect digestif for a cold evening.
What it tastes like
The aroma leads with toasted coffee beans and distinct caraway or dill notes from the aquavit. On the palate, the bitter acidity of the coffee is balanced by a subtle herbal spice and a light sweetness. It has a thin, warming mouthfeel that transitions into a lingering, savory anise-like finish.
