Ingredients
- 50 ML Bombay Sapphire Gin
- 15 ML Elderflower Cordial
- 15 ML Rosso Vermouth
- 75 ML Ginger Ale
- 2 WEDGE Lime
- 1 SLICE Fresh Ginger
- 1 ML Fresh Mint
How to Make It
- Squeeze the juice of two lime wedges into a balloon glass.
- Add the elderflower cordial, Bombay Sapphire Gin, and Rosso Vermouth.
- Swirl the glass gently to mix the liquids.
- Fill the glass completely with cubed ice and stir to chill.
- Top with the ginger ale and gently stir again to combine.
- Garnish with a snapped slice of ginger and an awoken mint sprig.
