Vesper
A sophisticated and potent variation of the dry martini, the Vesper was immortalized by Ian Fleming's James Bond in Casino Royale. This cocktail combines the botanicals of gin with the clean finish of vodka and the floral sweetness of Lillet Blanc.
Ingredients
- 6 CL Gin
- 1.5 CL Vodka
- 0.75 CL Lillet Blanc
- 1 SLICE Lemon Peel
How to Make It
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Add the gin, vodka, and Lillet Blanc.
- Shake vigorously until the shaker is frosted and the contents are well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a deep goblet.
- Garnish with a thin slice of lemon peel.
