Zipperhead

A visually distinct layered cocktail served over ice, featuring the deep fruit notes of Chambord raspberry liqueur, the clean kick of vodka, and a refreshing fizzy finish of soda water.

Ingredients

• 1.5 OZ Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
• 1.5 OZ Vodka
• 1 SPLASH Soda Water

How to Make It

1. Fill a sour glass with ice cubes.
2. Insert a drinking straw into the glass before adding any liquid to minimize disturbance later.
3. Pour the Chambord raspberry liqueur into the glass to form the bottom layer.
4. Carefully pour the vodka slowly over the back of a spoon to layer it on top of the liqueur.
5. Top gently with a splash of soda water, attempting to keep the layers distinct.
