A legendary Tiki cocktail famous for its potency and complexity. This recipe features a trifecta of rums—dark, gold, and 151 proof—accented with anise and grenadine, served traditionally in a Hurricane glass.

Ingredients

• 1.5 OZ Rum
• 1.5 OZ Gold Rum
• 1 OZ 151 Proof Rum
• 1 TSP Pernod
• 1 TSP Grenadine
• 1 TSP Lime Juice
• 1 DROP Angostura Bitters

How to Make It

1. Combine all ingredients into a blender with crushed ice.
2. Blend at high speed for no more than 5 seconds.
3. Pour the contents into a Hurricane glass.
4. Add fresh ice cubes to fill the glass.
5. Add garnish and serve immediately.
